Just a quick message to let you know that TDM is a REAL source of motivation.
Following an accident at work, I didn't walk for a while and gained weight.
I found it extremely difficult to motivate myself and regain my self-confidence.
It's largely thanks to the TDM social networks that I've managed to move forward and that little by little I'm proud of myself...
(even if it was VERY HARD, I cried at every session in the beginning, to be honest with you).
But dark, add them to the networks!
And when you get up in the morning, take some time for yourself and then watch her Stories to motivate you!
I'm not going to lie to you, it's going to be difficult at first, but you're going to be proud of yourself at the end of your session, even if you've only done half of it - it's all about getting started, and then it's all a matter of getting used to it.
Take care of yourself, have confidence in yourself and be proud of yourself.
