Delivery & Returns

To avoid storage and labor costs, our goods are located abroad. This enables us to offer you items at very competitive prices, while providing you with support in French.

Delivery time

The average delivery time is 10-15 working days. For French overseas departments and territories, delivery times may be longer.

If you do not receive your item within 60 days, we will refund you in full.

In the event of incomplete or erroneous delivery information (surname, first name, address, telephone number) we decline all responsibility for non-receipt of your order.

My order is missing some items. Where are they?

We work with several suppliers, so when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different parcels, which will arrive at different times (some faster, some slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in 1 parcel.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. No refunds can be given on items purchased with a promo code or promotion.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra charge.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid lost mail or other mishaps.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Many types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous goods or flammable gases or liquids.

You will have to wait for delivery and return the items to us.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
