The DIET program tells you down to the gram what to eat and at what time of day.
The TRAINING program (in the gym or at home) tells you which exercises to do (exercise names, number of sets, repetitions, demonstrative images, etc.).

- Votre photo nous indique votre taux de BF (Body Fat ou Masse Grasse) et votre morphologie. (Facultatif)
